HOW TO SET UP THE ITALIAN PRESIDENT NAPOLITANO TRAFFIC
Antonella Randazzo
Many times we have heard the current president of the Republic Giorgio Napolitano urging Italians to uphold the Constitution.
I wonder what could be the meaning or purpose of these appeals, since the majority of Italians are proud of the Constitution, and showed no bizarre unconstitutional.
analyzing the facts, the question arises whether the repeated appeals are made in order to convince us that the same Napolitano is respectful of the principles of our Constitution.
The "bizarre" unconstitutional and the strident contradictions between what they say and do what our leaders are now visible to everyone.
In particular, Napolitano, hosanna in the theory that the Constitution, in fact in the contempt various ways, by omission or explicit acts.
The most striking example is that related to support for the "New World Order", ie a foreign power on a country on the basis of the Constitution should be free and democratic.
Our president, as many know, has clearly revealed its position in favor of the New World Order in November 2007. In his official speech made on the occasion of Armed Forces Day, he called for "... a concrete commitment to help build a New World Order." It would be like asking the citizens to get happy and jumping into a terrible prison.
addition, Napolitano is careful not to defend sovereignty of the people and the rights of Italian citizens enshrined in the Constitution.
For example, he has never defended the rights of citizens of Vicenza, who reject the U.S. arsenals prosthesis to foment wars. The then Prime Minister Romano Prodi, January 16, 2007, from Bucharest announced that it is "a duty to maintain engagement with allies," forgetting that the first task should be taken with the public, they expect that governments in ' interests of the people and not to promote the American war-mongering.
The Prodi government, with these words, and against the will of the people approved of the new military base at Dal Molin, which comes from the idea of criminal "preemptive war", ie to carry out aggression against the peoples of the Middle East.
Dissent of Italians preventive wars is almost complete, and popular mobilization against the new military base in Vicenza is very strong today.
Yet, have you ever heard a speech, or even a single sentence of Napolitano to defend the territorial right of citizens of Vicenza? Not me. In other cases
Napolitano has even spoken out against the citizens.
species in recent years, the news showed piles of trash talking "garbage crisis" in Campania, but they looked good from explaining why the company responsible for waste collection have not done their homework, and because the authorities did not intervene appropriately.
The waste situation in Campania has worsened since the summer of 2006, a period in which they started the protests against the construction of landfills and incinerators in the Campania region. The wastes have not been withdrawn, until you come to collect 7000 tons of litter per day for the region. The situation d '"emergency" has served to make cash to "subcommissari" and "consultants" of various kinds at least € 9 million, for "expert advice", made from 2000 to 2005. It was essentially patronage payments to political supporters of left and right. More chaos was created among civil servants, who were placed in conditions not play loro lavoro, mentre il servizio veniva affidato a società private, che avrebbero dovuto organizzare la raccolta differenziata, ma incassavano denaro senza adempiere alle loro funzioni. (1)
Given the serious situation in the Campania region for waste, in order to also allow the completion of the activities of the garrison sites for a dump ... are enabled sites for a landfill in the following municipalities: Serre in the province of Salerno, Savignano Irpino in the province of Avellino, near Naples and Terzigno Sant'Arcangelo Trimonte in the province of Benevento ... Notwithstanding Article 238 of Legislative Decree 3 April 2006, No 152 towns in the Campania region immediately take urgent action to ensure that with effect from 1 January 2008 and for a period of five years, for the purpose of the fee for disposal of municipal solid waste tariff measures are applied to ensure total coverage of the full costs of waste disposal service.
With this decree, the authorities' attitude to the authoritarian and undemocratic, arrogating powers unlimited (that can not be limited by popular sovereignty), as it was during Fascism. As in the days of fascism, the victims became perpetrators (and had to pay), as Napolitano made it clear that rather than explaining the truth of the facts, it sprang against the Neapolitans, reproaching them for the "absurd acts of vandalism." I wonder what he would do him if he had been forced to pay bills and keep the window salt piles of decaying garbage.
The government, with the complicity of local authorities to give huge profits to Fibe, a subsidiary of Impregilo accused of collusion with the mafia, he made sure that the collection of waste suffer serious sabotage, and that was creating a situation bewildering , exposing citizens to a condition intolerable and serious health hazards. The aim was to blackmail the people saying "if you do not want this disastrous condition you accept all that we want to impose. I mean, incinerators and the reopening of the landfill where we want us."
President Napolitano and the special commissioner Bertolaso lend themselves to melodrama, which was to make citizens more docile in accepting Campania incinerators. In other words, it was forced to accept, with the weapon of despair, a proposed solution as "lesser evil", but in reality is the worst, as looting the public purse in favor of some businessmen, and devastated the 'environment and health of citizens. (2)
Giorgio Napolitano, Guido Bertolaso, Antonio Bassolino and other authorities have played their part in calling for "solution in ten days" and "stop delay". In reality it was to impose the opening of the landfill, regardless of the opposition citizens. While Napolitano warned: "The state makes them feel his authority. It takes the decisions necessary: just delays," Romano Prodi scolded: "The government has taken its decisions, we must now put in place the strongest possible terms." (3) This meant
put in front of all the interests of society Camorra and caring health and rights of citizens, trampling on the rights guaranteed by the Constitution. Today
the current government "solves" the problems with truncheon blows and deploying the army, but Napolitano says nothing.
Not a word against the serious corruption of institutions, not a word for the voices of citizens asking for their compliance constitutional principles.
In his year-end, President Napolitano used a type of communication false and hypocritical. He declared:
"I visited research institutes and training, which may well claim the title of centers of excellence, these are facts and are grounds for confidence in Italy. The problem is how to value and encourage anywhere in the this dynamic country in how to convey these impulses to the entire Italian system, focusing on innovation and merit. prioritizing strong education, so as to arrive gradually at a higher rate of growth, higher growth and general be fully involved in the noon. "(4)
Che istituti di ricerca ha visitato il presidente? L'Istituto Nazionale di Ricerca (CNR) è un luogo in cui ben 2500 persone, su settemila, sono precarie e percepiscono uno stipendio da fame. Ovviamente, i ricercatori più brillanti vanno a lavorare all'estero.
Napolitano parlò di "interesse generale", senza considerare l'usurpazione del potere da parte di un ristretto gruppo di people, and how these people prevent, by all means possible, that the policy really deals with the general interest.
Speaking of the war in Afghanistan, Napolitano, in the year-end speech, he used words like "missions" and "international peace and security", "terrorist aggression" and "military ... they face the extreme risk." His words recall the propaganda of the U.S. authorities. No mention of the thousands of dead Afghans (these deaths will never be devoted not a minute of silence), or the maimed by American bombs, nor as Afghanistan was turned into a drug-producing countries, and controlled by mafia groups in service in Washington.
Napolitano calls the U.S. authorities the "largest historical ally," as they were decent people and a covenant to be proud of.
The President also said that Italian soldiers abroad are leading a "mission" in the "spirit of the Republican Constitution." Unless he is seriously suffering from some form of imbecility, he knows that our Constitution "rejects war as an instrument of aggression against the freedom of other peoples and as a means of settling international disputes" (Article 11). To say that going to kill Afghans, under the command of someone who has destroyed the country, is in harmony with the Constitution, to say the absurdity that our Constitution would include a "peace" to the sound of bombs. Mystifying events that cost the lives, every day, hundreds of people (and not just in Afghanistan), is to become accomplices of perpetrators of crimes against humanity.
In these and other facts it is clear that Napolitano is not the president of the Italians but the dominant group (but only in 2006 and we pay well we paid only € 217 million for the Presidency of the Republic), serving faithfully and devotion, not sparing anyone the consequences of a lack of respect for democratic values.
His speeches are not aimed at improving the country or to hope for new solutions to problems, but they are only propaganda of the worst kind. So what sinister cloaked by a repulsive paternalism aimed at making the subjects of a ruthless power that does not hesitate to torture, maim or kill civilians.
Let us realize that if he is so zealous in supporting people engaged in horrendous crimes, it would also be the case in which the victims to torture, maim or kill were Italian and not Iraq or Afghanistan.
The question is therefore to be considered more serious than to note the simple ramblings of an old man.
That old man, even if it has real powers, should represent the nation's unity and respect for the fundamental laws of the country.
Finally, you could make an appeal to Italians: do respect the Constitution to the current authorities, and if not respectfully declined to continue to vote people who already know to be corrupt.
The best way to respect the constitution and oust all the current characters from the benches of the institutions, including Napolitano.
