La democrazia è il migliore sistema politico, in quanto fondato sulla libertà e sull'uguaglianza, ma non saranno le autorità attuali, che tutelano gli interessi del gruppo dominante, a fare in modo di attuarla nella sua vera forma. Occorre dunque che gli stessi cittadini riprendano la propria sovranità e diventino autocoscienti a tal punto da creare una democrazia già all'interno del proprio nucleo familiare.
